Bids should include any patch cords, licenses, brackets, support or any other items deemed necessary to complete the upgrade. Installation should be quoted as a separate line item/option. Any listed models are for reference only and are to be quoted on an or equivalent basis as per E-Rate rules. Bidders are responsible for checking for any addendums uploaded for this Form 470. Bidders are encouraged to submit bids that reference state contracts, regional consortiums or other competitively bid purchasing contracts to ensure applicant compliance with state purchasing requirements. All questions and bids concerning this 470 should be directed to the person listed as general contact and should be made ONLY via email. All bids should clearly delineate any non-E-Rate eligible items. All bids must include manufacturer skews. Generic bids that are not specific to this application will not be considered.
