Category 2 (internal connections): St Laurentius School seeks competitive bids for the purchase and installation of two (2) switch multi-gig 10G licenses to support the schools internal network infrastructure. Vendors MUST quote installation. Any vendors who do not include costs for installation will be disqualified. Proposals must include all components required for the switch accessory to be fully operational, including but not limited to: cabling and connectivity necessary for installation and operation. Vendors may also include support, maintenance, and/or warranty options. Offerors are advised that not all support or warranty services may be eligible for E-Rate funding. Each proposal must clearly identify E-Rate eligible and ineligible components, with costs itemized separately in accordance with FCC E-Rate program rules. The equipment proposed must be new, unused, and eligible for E-Rate funding under the applicable funding year rules. Manufacturer-equivalent solutions must meet or exceed the performance and technical specifications of the referenced model. Proposals must be submitted electronically to erate@stlaurentius.org.
