Category 2 (internal connections): Line Item .001: Sonicwall NSA 2800/3800 series firewall or equivalent Line Item .002: New UPS unit (no preference on manufacturer) or equivalent Line Item .003: Cisco 48 port, PoE, Business Edition Switches (Cisco Business 350 series or better) or equivalent Line Item .004: Cisco 24 Port, PoE, Business Edition Switches (Cisco Business 350 series or better) or equivalent All proposals and questions must be submitted via email only to the main contact and the technical contact listed on this form 470. Quantities are approximate subject to vendor review. All proposals to include pricing for installation, configuration, and testing. Equipment should include all necessary licenses, mounting brackets, cabling or any other additional parts needed for function. District will consider equivalent equipment providing that vendor can demonstrate complete compatibility. Vendors must have a valid E-Rate SPIN and current SPAC to be considered. All responding vendors must meet certification requirements prohibiting the inclusion of any products or components from Huawei, ZTE, or any other covered company designated by the FCC. We reserve the right to reject proposals from vendors who do not meet these criteria. District also reserves the right to disqualify incomplete vendor proposals. Please review your quote prior to submittal to ensure that you have complied with the form 470 requests. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in disqualification of vendor proposals.
