Category 2 (internal connections): DIRECT ALL QUESTIONS AND BIDS TO THE TECHNICAL CONTACT. Our school is seeking bids for Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections for existing equipment. We will also consider a Managed services agreement. We want to improve our capabilities to provide fast internet access for our students and staff. We are interested in a cost-efficient solution that will provide fast response to many students and staff seeking information at the same time. We want a solution that includes both ethernet, cable, and Wi-Fi connectivity. We also need the ability to monitor and troubleshoot our network. We also want to ensure that all equipment is available 24/7. We would also like the equipment to be cloud accessible both on and off campus. We will consider different alternatives to accomplish our goal. New equipment must be able to work with our existing equipment. Our school is also seeking funding for all associated costs and fees needed to purchase, install, and use the equipment.
