Specs should include the following: * Small Form Factor Workstation * 14th Generation Intel Core i7 (or AMD equivalent) or better * Integrated Graphics * Integrated Ethernet * Ram: 64 GB * OS Drive: M.2 512 GB * Storage Drive: M.2 4 TB * OS - none * ThinkStation P3 Ultra Small Form Factor Workstation preferred **** Wireless Network Controller Proposal Requirements **** * Upfront Costs - Proposals must include all upfront costs. Any proposal lacking a clear statement of these costs will be disqualified. * Recurring Costs - Proposals should not include any recurring costs. * E-Rate Funding Contingency - The contract must allow the school to proceed with or without E-Rate funding and permit the school to decline the product/service if E-Rate does not approve funding for this specific solution.
