If interested in attending, please contact: erate@archbaltschools.org and the Main Contact listed in this form 470. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite prospective vendors to submit a proposal to provide a complete network cabling solution that covers all steps from the initial site survey to equipment acquisition, complete installation, and certification. Project proposal may include installation of CAT-6 and CAT-6A to classrooms and other locations, fiber runs from MDF to IDFs, and any other equipment required for installation. **** Wiring Proposal Requirements **** Proposal must be received within 10 days of the onsite survey and walkthrough * Proposal should include installation cost (labor and materials) and any construction costs or it will disqualify a vendor. No offer will be accepted without the cost stated upfront. * E-Rate Funding Contingency - The contract must allow the school to proceed with or without E-Rate funding and permit the school to decline the product/service if E-Rate does not approve funding for this specific solution.
