Category 2 (internal connections): Penns Manor Area School District (PMASD) is seeking proposals for (33) wireless access points and (1) 48 port poe switch to be installed at Penns Manor Area School District and associated license. See Appendix A for further information. All proposals are required to work with the Districts current Cloud Managed Meraki Network, allowing for a single site for management of all network devices. Proposed equipment must be through a cloud-based controller that supports two-factor authentication. Proposals must include at least five (5) years of Enterprise Licensing and Support for the Cisco Meraki CW9178I and/or CW9163E Wireless Access Points. Vendors will have 24 hours after vendor selection is announced to raise any questions. Questions will be addressed via email. The district will have the final authority to the resolution of all questions. All bidding vendors must be Erate eligible and file an FCC Form 498 and have an updated Form 473 on file to provide the services requested and must provide their SPIN number as part of this RFP. Proposals are due in either hardcopy or in electronic form (PDF format) on or before Monday, March 16th, 2026 at 1:00 pm EST at Penns Manor Area School District, Attn: David Gramling, 6003 Rte 553 Hwy, Clymer, PA 15728 or emailed to David.Gramling@pennsmanor.org. E-mailed proposal documents will be time-stamped from the receiving computer, We reserve the right to reject late-submitted proposals.
