The school is requesting 50 hours of Basic Maintenance on eligible items (1 firewall, 1 UPS, 11 switches and 30 wireless access points) and services for 2026-27. This should include repair, upkeep of eligible hardware and possible configuration changes that will best support the school's infrastructure and software upgrades in order to keep the software operating at a proficient level. This also includes providing technical support including online and telephone-based support.
