Requested services
Category 2 (internal connections): The school is in need of 100 hours of basic maintenance for existing and requested internal connections (22 Aruba switches, 7 UPS, 40 Aruba WAP and watchguard firewall). The vendor must provide maintenance throughout the year for any repair, upkeep, configuration changes, software upgrades and basic technical support including online and telephone-based technical support. A one year contract is desirable with annual option to renew. Please provide cost per hour as well in bid. The school is in need of 9 48 port POE switches, preferably Aruba but something equivalent to is acceptable to best support the school. Please provide installation and configuration costs separately. The school is in need of 40 wireless access points, preferably Aruba but something equivalent to is acceptable to best support the school. Please provide installation and configuration costs separately. The school is in need of 7 rack mountable UPS devices. Please provide installation and configuration costs separately.
