Category 2 (internal connections): Kraybill Mennonite School is seeking fiber and copper cabling for the school located at 598 Kraybill Church Rd, Mount Joy, PA 17552. Please see attached RFP for further details. Bidding vendors must furnish reference contact information for 3 other schools where vendor has completed similar cabling projects. Interested bidders must register by sending an email to holly.ford@kraybillmennonite.org before 4pm Eastern on Friday, February 13, 2026. Registered bidders must attend a bidder meeting on Wednesday, February 18, at 1 pm Eastern, either in-person or via Microsoft Teams. All interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend in person. Details of the site walkthrough will be provided to registered bidders by email in advance. Bidders must submit any questions to holly.ford@kraybillmennonite.org before 10 am Eastern on Friday, February 20, 2026. Complete bid responses must be submitted by email to holly.ford@kraybillmennonite.org before 10 am Eastern on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Bidding vendors must acknowledge and agree to all specifications listed in the accompanying RFP documents. If a bidder does not offer the exact services or products requested in this document, bids for equivalent services and products will be considered. The bidder must demonstrate that proposed alternative services and products are equivalent to those requested in this document.
