Category 2 (internal connections): Carroll County School District is seeking proposals for the following equipment: - Aruba 635 (US) Campus or equivalent wireless access points. Quantity of 600. - Aruba AP-MNT-MP10-B or equivalent mount bracket. (10 pack). - Juniper EX4100-48P 10/1000BaseT POE+ or equivalent switches. Quantity of 50. - Juniper S-EX-S-C3-3M2-C-E, SW EX Standard, Class 3 (32 or 48 port), Included Wired Assurance and VNA subscription for EX32 or EX48 Port Switches with SVC CORE support, 3 Year, or equivalent Licenses. Quantity of 50. - Juniper JNP-SFP-25G-DAC-1M, SFP28, 25GE Direct Attach Copper Cable, 1 meter, 0.5W, 30 AWG, or equivalent cables. Quantity of 40. - F5 and Dell Load Balancer or equivalent router, with 3-5 year licenses. Quantity of 1. CCPS is seeking proposals for manufacturer technical support, consisting of 3-Year manufacturer support (hardware/parts replacement, technical support, and software support, as applicable), for the following existing equipment: - Juniper SVC-ND-MX204-B - Juniper Care Next Day Support for MX204-HW-BASE Note: Service Duration - 36 Months, or equivalent. Quantity of 9. - Juniper SVC-COR-MX-4C-A1P - Juniper Care Core Support for S- MX-4C-A1-C1-P Note: Service Duration - 36 Months, or equivalent. Quantity of 9. This request is for a fully operational solution and should include all necessary licenses (right-to-use, manufacturer technical support, etc.), cables, connectors, antennas, and other related components as well as installation and configuration. It should be noted that all quantities are approximate, and the District reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities based on the needs of the project. ----------------------------------------------------------------- - All proposals and/or information requests should reference the Form 470 number and should be submitted via email to the Technical Contact listed on this Form 470 and jm470@erateelite.com. - All proposals should include a copy of a contract or legally binding agreement for the proposed services that is compliant with E-Rate program rules and regulations. - All proposals must identify the specific services that pertain to the service request(s) listed on the Form 470. Proposals that include and encyclopedic list of all a service provider's products and services, and do not identify the specific services being proposed in response to this Form 470 may be disqualified. - At the time of proposal submission, all service providers should have a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) or be able to provide documentation showing that they have begun the process of obtaining a SPIN from USAC. Lacking a valid SPIN, or documentation showing that the process of obtaining one has begun, at the time of submission may result in disqualification. - As required by E-Rate rules, all bids in response to this Form 470 must offer the Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP).
