Category 2 (internal connections): The school is requesting 3 switches, 24 Port POE, preferably Aruba or something comparable to, to support the school. Please provide installation and configuration costs separately. The school is requesting 20 wireless access points, preferably Aruba, or something comparable to, to best support the school. Please provide installation and configuration costs separately. The school is requesting 1 UPS 1500 replacement battery. Please provide installation and configuration costs separately. The school is requesting 1000ft of cabling to assist in reconfiguring requested internal connections. The school is requesting 100 hours of basic maintenance for existing and requested internal connections (~6 switches, 45 access points, 1 UPS, and 1 firewall). Must be able to provide 2-4 hour response time and run an active service center. Must have knowledge and experience for all products and have an active service center. Provide maintenance throughout the year for any repair, upkeep, configuration changes, software upgrades, and basic technical support including online and telephone based support. 1 year contract desirable, with annual option to renew.
