Category 2 (internal connections): Global Leadership Academy Charter School would like quotes for: 65+ Wireless Access Points; (preferably Extreme AP4020 or equivalent) and all related components, including any software or licenses (preferably USK12-STD-A-S-C-EW-5YR or equivalent). The school would prefer a 5 year license or equivalent. These Wireless Access Points are all replacements. No new cabling is needed. The ceiling height for installation is approximately 8.5 feet. There are drop ceilings. The ceilings are drywall. 2+ Wireless Access Points; (preferably Extreme AP5020 or equivalent) and all related components, including any software or licenses (preferably USK12-STD-A-S-C-EW-5YR or equivalent). The school would prefer a 5 year license or equivalent. These Wireless Access Points are all replacements. No new cabling is needed. The ceiling height for installation is approximately 8.5 feet. There are drop ceilings. The ceilings are drywall. 4+ Uninterruptable Power Supply/Battery Backup; (preferably American Power Conversion SMTL2200RM2UCNC or equivalent) and all related components. 8+ Switches; (preferably Netgear 52 Port POE, GS752TPP300NAS or equivalent) and all related components including any software or licenses. 1+ Firewall License; (preferably Cisco Meraki LIC-MX450-SEC-3Y or equivalent) and all related components. The school would prefer a 3 year license or equivalent. This license would be for the school's existing Cisco Meraki MX450 Firewall. Please note the school is just looking for quotes for a firewall license, not an actual firewall. Global Leadership Academy Charter School would also like quotes for Basic Maintenance Services and/or MIBS or equivalent. They are hoping to purchase the new Internal Connections listed on this application at the start of the funding year. They are planning to replace some of their existing equipment with this new equipment. They would like quotes for Basic Maintenance/MIBS or equivalent. We have two lists of equipment below. The first list contains the new equipment along with the schools current equipment that will stay in place once the installation of the new equipment is complete. The school expects this to be the list of the equipment that will be supported by the Basic Maintenance/MIBS service for the majority of the funding year. We have also listed the schools existing equipment below in case the installation of their new equipment is delayed. If the installation is delayed, they would like their existing equipment to be supported by Basic Maintenance/MIBS or equivalent until the new equipment is purchased and installed. Only one of the lists below will be supported by Basic Maintenance/MIBS at any given time.
