Category 2 (internal connections): FACT Charter School is seeking bids for Category 2 network equipment and cabling. All bid responses should be inclusive of all related components, as well as installation. It is the intent of the school to award only one contract from this Form 470. It is the intent of FACT Charter School to procure goods or services that may be adjusted for the addition of new sites, relocation of sites, or adjustments to the quantity and/or capacity of service, in accordance with the terms of any resulting contract or service agreement.
