School is allowed to decide at any time after the allowable contract date. Bidders submitting bids after the allowable contract date accept the risk that their bid might be too late to be considered. Therefore, bidders are encouraged to submit their bids prior to the allowable contract date. We want to improve our capabilities to provide fast internet access for our students and staff.
