Category 2 (internal connections): Girard School District is requesting proposals for Internal Connections cabling, patch cables, SFP modules, and UPS, and various other materials including taxes and fees. There is a MANDATORY walkthrough scheduled for this RPF on January 28, 2026. / Use RFP Pricing Spreadsheet in response. / Any equivalent brand products and services, if bid, will be considered by the District. The quantities shown on the spreadsheets are estimates. The District reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as is needed to meet District needs. Proposals must include all materials, equipment (modules), accessories and support required for a complete solution. / Any additional costs (installation, equipment fees, etc.) necessary for function must be clearly provided and included in the proposal to be considered responsive. Generic, encyclopedic price lists will be considered non-responsive. Spam and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration.
