Category 2 (internal connections): Notre Dame High School Inc would like quotes for: 43+ Wireless Access Points; (preferably SonicWall SonicWave 03-SSC-0722 or equivalent) and all related components, including any software or licenses. The school would prefer a 3 year license or equivalent. These wireless access points are all new. Please note that BMIC was included to account for any licensing that USAC may account for it being classified here. Please see cabling details below. Installation and configuration of 14+ existing Sonic Wall Sonic Wave wireless access points. The school would like quotes for installation and configuration only for their existing Sonic Wall SonicWave 03-SSC-0722 621 Wireless Access Points. Please note the school already owns these 14 wireless access points. They just need a vendor to install them. Please note that that this request was put under both IC and BMIC as it is unclear which would be more appropriate. 9423+ feet of cabling; (preferably Cat6 manufactured by Hubbell or equivalent) and all related components. Please see attached RFP for a breakdown of each run. The school building is three levels; a lower level, main level and upper level. Please see RFP for breakdown of runs on each level. The school would like a total of 57+ single drops are for the potential 43+ new wireless access points listed above as well as an additional 14 existing wireless access points also listed above. Ceiling heights for installation range from 8 feet to 12 feet. Ceiling height is approx. 10.6 feet in the hallways and 10 feet in the classrooms. The newer addition ceiling height is 8.6 feet. The newer addition includes 4 classrooms on each level for a total of 12 classrooms. The ceiling height in the cafeteria is 12 feet high. The ceiling height in the gym is 28 feet high. Please refer to the attached RFP for ceiling height specifics. Wireless Access Points installed in the gym will be mounted to the wall, not the ceiling. No lift is needed. There are hard ceilings in the main part of the building and drop ceiling in the newer addition. Plaster ceiling is about 3/4 inch thick. Drilling will be involved through plaster walls and ceiling and cinder block in stairwells and basement. Floors are 4 inches thick cement. A new conduit or equivalent is needed. Cables are terminated with RJ45 Connectors or equivalent. The school needs the existing cabling removed. The school is looking for quotes for installation and configuration for the potential new wireless access points, the existing wireless access points and the cabling all listed above. If applicable, please indicate if your organization is an authorized reseller of the equipment you are proposing. If applicable, please indicate if the equipment you are proposing is used equipment. If applicable, please indicate if the equipment you are proposing is gray market equipment or equivalent. Please note that BMIC has been included to account for any related software, licenses or support that USAC may deem classified in this category. If applicable, please provide the SKUs or manufacturer part numbers for the products/services listed in your quote. As per E-Rate rules, all equivalent solutions will be accepted and evaluated.
