Category 2 (internal connections): The preferred switches are Cisco Meraki MS225-48FP Cloud Managed switches or equivalent. These switches will provide high-performance connectivity and PoE+ capability for our campus network. Each switch should include 48 Gigabit Ethernet ports, PoE+ support, and 4 10 Gb SFP+ uplinks. Include 3-year Enterprise licenses for full Meraki Dashboard functionality. The preferred Access Points are: Cisco Meraki CW9176I/D1 Wi-Fi 7 Access Points (or equivalent) These APs will enhance wireless coverage and support next-generation Wi-Fi standards. Each AP should include tri-radio (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, 6 GHz), 44 MU-MIMO, and 10 GbE uplink capability. Include 3-year Enterprise licenses for full Meraki Dashboard functionality. Meraki Enterprise License for MS225-48FP (3-year term) Qty: 2 Meraki Enterprise License for CW9176I/D1 APs (3-year term) Licenses must enable full cloud management, monitoring, and support. Optional Services: Please include pricing for installation and initial configuration as an optional line item. The school reserves the right to decline these services and perform installation internally. Maintenance: Provide pricing for basic maintenance for the above equipment for at least three years Important Requirements for Vendors: 1.Offer the option for the school to proceed with or without E-Rate funding, and allow cancellation if E-Rate funding is not approved. 2.Responses must be tailored to this request; broad marketing materials will not be considered. 3. All equipment must be new (not refurbished) and inventory reports must include make, model, and quantity.
