Requested services

Category 2 (internal connections): All bids must be received by 11:59pm EST on February 4, 2026. - Refer to the attached specification/RFP documents for clarification of the types of equipment/services requested. - You must sign and date the specification document and return it with your bid to indicate that you have read and will comply with the requirements set forth therein. Failure to return a signed specification document will result in your bid being deemed incomplete for bid evaluation purposes. - All questions must be submitted in electronic format to bids@erateconsulting.com and must include the Applicant name and Form 470# in the subject line. - All Proposals must be submitted to bids@erateconsulting.com. Adherence to this requirement is your responsibility and cannot be imputed to the Applicant. - Notwithstanding the preferences indicated, the Applicant will consider bids for alternative manufacturers' equipment that provides equivalent functionality. If a proposed alternative solution does not provide equivalent functionality, then it does not meet the Applicant's stated needs. If you fail to provide an explanation for how your proposed solution is functionally equivalent, it will be deemed incomplete for bid evaluation purposes. - SPAM and/or robotic responses not reasonably related to the stated specifications will be deemed invalid and will be disqualified from consideration.
