Category 2 (internal connections): New Village Academy is a new build school that is opening August 2026. The school is seeking to partner with a qualified vendor to design and deploy a complete internal network, including all new equipment and structured cabling, to procure any required licenses, and to provide Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS). Proposals may also include Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections. Details and estimated quantities are provided in the attached RFP; all quantities listed are approximate. Vendors must follow the bidding instructions outlined in the RFP. All questions should be submitted via email to Brooke Webb at clientsupport@ecserate.org. All bids must be submitted through the ShareFile link provided in the RFP. Failure to follow the guidelines specified in the RFP will result in disqualification.
