Their Elmwood Campus is at 6404 Elmwood Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19142. Their Fairhill Campus is at 2820 North 4th Street Philadelphia, PA 19133 and their Mansion Campus is at 3133 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19121. Please provide quotes for the following: INTERNAL CONNECTIONS: 2+ switches (preferably USW-Pro-Mas-48-PoE (720W) 3 Layers or equivalent) and all related components. The switches are expected to be for the Elmwood & Fairhill locations. 4+ Caching Servers, (preferably Dell PowerEdge R700+, 2TB or equivalent (Intel Xeon 6 Efficient 67010E 2.4G, 64GB+ RAMS) or equivalent) and all related components, one for each location. If applicable, please provide the SKUs or manufacturer part numbers for the products/services listed in your quote. Please provide quotes for installation and configuration of the equipment above. As per E-Rate rules, all equivalent solutions will be accepted and evaluated. BASIC MAINTENANCE/MIBS or equivalent: One Bright Ray Community High School would like quotes for basic maintenance and/or MIBS or equivalent for the following equipment, which will be across their four locations. This list includes all of the equipment to be covered - both their current equipment and planned new equipment. 50 Ubiquiti U6 WAP-Wifi 6 or Equivalent 8 Ubiquiti ES-48-700w or Equivalent 2 Ubiquiti USW-PRO-48-POE or Equivalent 4 Cache server (Dell R700+ rackmount or equivalent) 4 APC Smart UPS 750va, LCD, equipped w/NIC or Equivalent 2 APC UPS Smart UPS 1200 series or Equivalent 1 Secure School Firewall or Equivalent 1 Unifi Dream Machine Pro firewall/router or equivalent The school is looking for approximately 250 hours for the year, billed when used or equivalent, for basic maintenance and/or MIBS or equivalent. CABLE MAINTENANCE or equivalent: One Bright Ray Community High School would also like quotes for maintenance for their existing cabling which includes approximately 100,000 feet of cabling (there is Plenum cabling at their Mansion Campus and CAT6 or equivalent at their other three campuses). They are looking for approximately 80 hours, billed when used or equivalent, for cable maintenance or equivalent. As per E-Rate rules, all equivalent solutions will be accepted and evaluated.
