Category 2 (internal connections): District is seeking proposals for the following equipment: line 1. prefer USW ultra (42W) 8port PoE or equivalent line 2. prefer USW Ultra 600W 8port GbE PoE or equivalent line 3. prefer USW Pro-48 PoE or equivalent line 4. prefer 800 1Mpatch cables (blue) or equivalent line 5. prefer 150 5Mpatch cables (blue) or equivalent line 6. prefer 150 8Mpatch cables (blue) or equivalent All questions must be submitted by email only to the main contact Dawn Belden (dbelden@bandrconsultingservices.org) and the technical contact Guy DiPietro (gdipietro@mpslakers.com) listed on this form 470. No phone calls will be returned. No site visits will be conducted. Vendors must have a valid E-Rate SPIN and current SPAC. Proof of valid SPIN and SPAC must be provided with the proposal. All proposals containing quotes with equivalent equipment make/models must also provide documentation of that equivalency with the proposal. Failure to provide documentation will result in disqualification. All responding vendors must meet certification requirements prohibiting the inclusion of any products or components from Huawei, ZTE, or any other covered company designated by the FCC. We reserve the right to reject proposals from vendors who do not meet these criteria. Deadline for vendor proposals is 12:00 noon EST on 1/23/26.
