Category 2 (internal connections): We are seeking pricing for an upcoming renovation project at our Noland 16053109 site. The attached RFP document is the floor plan for the cabling project rather than an RFP. This Form 470 serves as the RFP for this project. Cabling quantity 1 means Cat6 or Cat6A structured cabling installed throughout 1 building (not 1 foot as listed). The floor plan for the cabling area is attached as an RFP document. This will include at least: 10 - Network Wall Jacks- RJ45 (10 employee stations or classrooms) 2 - Patch panels, cable management, and conduits Surge protection / grounding Dedicated circuits for IT closets if needed Cable trays inside hallways if needed . 2 - UPS battery backups . 2 - Network Racks - 1x Wall hung, with shelve and lock and 1 Wall mount Locking Network Cabinet with Clear Front . 14 - Cat6 or Cat6A cables (different lengths) 14 is an estimate and could be more or less depending on the proposed solution. . 2 - Router with Firewall w/ Encryption . 4 - 24 port PoE Switches . 4 - Wireless Access Points (enterprise-grade) . 11 - Ethernet Stations Installed (Wall Plates) Additional Possible Needs: . Content filtering Cybersecurity protections Intrusion prevention . All proposals should include any additional components needed for operation of the proposed devices . All ineligible and partially eligible charges must be expressly marked as such in the proposal. Category 1 (transport): We are seeking internet service for our 5 locations. The internet service consists of 5 connections one each at Spruce - 16067571, Noland - 16053109, Elgin - 16053106, MLK - 16053108, Admin - 16056618 Please provide pricing in available increments from the minimum to maximum requested bandwidths (i.e. 100 Mbps, 150 Mbps, 200 Mbps... etc.). If fiber is available please provide that pricing, if not please provide an alternative solution. Vendors are required to provide separate pricing for all components of a bundled service, and break out the cost of any ineligible products/services.
