Requested services

Category 2 (internal connections): Frederick County Public Schools is seeking proposals for the following: Approximately 1,400 Aruba AP5020 Wi-Fi 7 (or equivalent) wireless access points. All proposals and/or requests for information must reference the applicable Form 470 number and must be submitted via email to the Technical Contact listed on this Form 470. All proposals must clearly identify the specific equipment and/or services being proposed in response to the service request(s) listed on this Form 470. Proposals that include an encyclopedic list of a service providers products and services without identifying the specific items being proposed may be disqualified. At the time of bid submission, all service providers must have a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) or provide documentation demonstrating that the process of obtaining a SPIN from USAC has begun. Failure to provide a valid SPIN or documentation at the time of submission may result in disqualification. As required by E-Rate rules, all bids submitted in response to this Form 470 must offer the Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP). Any offering of free services must be clearly identified in the proposal and must comply with USACs Free Services Advisory. In accordance with E-Rate program rules, price of the eligible goods and/or services will be the primary factor in the evaluation process. Additional evaluation consideration may be given to vendors proposing equipment and/or services available through state, cooperative, or other procurement vehicles that may be utilized by Frederick County Public Schools.
