Category 2 (internal connections): The Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) has issued this Form 470 and Request for Bids (Bid) to solicit submittals from qualified firms to provide Network Infrastructure Equipment, including, but not limited to switches, wireless access points, UPS devices, licensing, all related components and all corresponding manufacturer warranties and support. Please see RFP document for details regarding its current network environment, and requirements regarding questions, inquiries and submissions. The District is seeking a multi-year contract to which it can make annual purchases needed to upgrade or replace hardware supporting eligible entities within the District. Any quantities provided in this document are estimated quantities based on annual needs. Actual quantities ordered will be subject to available funding. Howard County Public Schools reserves the right to order any quantities necessary in order to maintain inventories at required levels.
