Cat2 FY26 Switches, Firewall and WAPs

Category 2 (internal connections): The school desires 11 48 port PoE switches, 12 24 port PoE switches, 2 16 port PoE switches, 60 ceiling WAPs, all equipment similar to Ubiquiti, and 1 firewall similar to NetGate. No installation required. All bids should be received by January 19, 2026. All Emails are to indicate Schools Name and Form 470 # with a short description of the Category 2 Items covered like WAPS, Firewall, Switches, etc. to indicate the Subject of the email. All vendors proposals are to contain their contact information, SPIN and any info on how the school can be reimbursed (SPI Form 474 and/or BEAR Form 472). Provide the steps to succeed on either process with your firm. A school can state their preferred method of reimbursement. To be considered, the proposal must reflect the needs stated in the Form 470. School wont consider Generic Marketing oriented emails or boilerplate proposals that dont pertain to the schools Form 470 requested items. All shipping/delivery costs are to be included. All delivery is not to begin prior to July 1. Any Ineligible items and the associated cost/s should be identified. Terms and conditions should include: 1) provide the choice in your contract for the client to proceed with or without E Rate funding or to decline the product/service if E Rate doesn't fund the school in that area, 2) identify if your business offers Both SPI and BEAR reimbursement methods and how that is implemented.
