Category 2 (internal connections): Twin Valley School District is seeking proposals from responders to provide CATEGORY TWO SWITCH EQUIPMENT and WIRELESS LICENSES that are E-Rate eligible on E-Rate form 470 # 260007971. Below is the list of requested hardware and licenses. Installation and configuration are not requested. We are seeking Cisco switches and associated accessories, along with licensing for both these switches and existing wireless infrastructure. However, vendors can bid on equivalent brands and models as long as they are compatible with the existing Cisco environment. -Cisco Catalyst 9300 48-port 5 Gbps, K12, C9300-48UN-EDU, Quantity 33 -Cisco C9300 DNA Essentials, 48-port, 3 Year Term license, C9300-DNA-E-48-3Y, Quantity 33 -Cisco Catalyst 9300 8 x 10GE Network Module, C9300-NM-8X=, Quantity 22 -Cisco CATALYST 3750X STACK POWER CABLE 150 CM, CAB-SPWR-150CM=, Quantity 21 -Cisco Power supply - hot-plug (plug-in module) - 80 PLUS Platinum - AC 115-240 V - 1100 Watt - for Catalyst, PWR-C1-1100WAC-P=, Quantity 12 -Cisco 1M Type 1 Stacking Cable, STACK-T1-1M=, Quantity 21 -Cisco DNA Essential Term License for Edu SKUs 3-Year -for existing Wireless Access Points, EDU-DNA-E-3Y, Quantity 322, listing under both IC and BMIC to be covered either way since it is unclear which service type they fall under. Vendors must have a valid E-Rate SPIN, be in good standing with USAC (not in red-light status), and both vendors and equipment manufacturers must not appear on the US federal or Pennsylvania state debarment list. Bids must include all applicable taxes and fees. Timeline: - 470 posted date: 12/5/2025. -Deadline for vendor questions: Friday, 12/19/2025, at 2:00 PM. -Replies to vendor questions will be posted by Monday, 12/22/2025, by 2:00 PM. -Vendor proposals are due by Thursday, 1/22/2026, at 2:00 PM.
