Category 2 (internal connections): Library seeks quotes on Cat 2 structured cabling projects at up to two locations to include the following: Re-Cabling of up to two buildings' Cat 5 and fiber runs to Cat 6 and single-mode fiber. Linear footage is a placeholder and vendor is to determine actual footage via site visit, scheduled in advance with tech director. Please ensure that all materials are listed in quote along with make/model/manufacturer part number and that labor and installation line item includes cable management of new cabling and removal and disposal of old materials. Line item for "antennas Connectors and Components" is for any ancillary materials such as jacks, patch panels, etc. on the installed single-mode fiber runs, please mark them on the quote as such. Addresses are Main Branch: 150 S. Pine Street, Doylestown PA 18901 and Bensalem Branch: 3700 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem PA 19020. Delineate quotes by location so that if only one project moves forward, pricing is clear. Quotes must include all all materials, parts, labor, removal (but not disposal) of old material, and cable management and labeling or otherwise as needed for functionality. Vendor must break out cost for each item quoted and list manufacturer part numbers, quantity and price for each. All projects are subject to eRate fundability and Board approval. Library reserves the right to reduce project(s) after seeing quotes where eRate funding and budgets are impacted. Vendors who would like to do a site visit must schedule with the tech contact; no walk-in site visits will be permitted. Lastly, library seeks new UPS unit for each branch site. Please price APC Smart Networkable UPS Unit, 1500-2200 VA model; rack-mountable optional. Vendor must be an eRate eligible provider with active SPIN listed on their bid and must adhere to all state and local guidelines and restrictions. SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration. All bids submitted prior to the applicants vendor selection will be given equal consideration, with no award made before the close of the 28-day posting period.
