Category 2 (internal connections): The District is seeking proposals for: Switches, Licenses, and Installation. Please refer to RFP:2025-26 for complete details, specifications, and bidding instructions. Due to the way EPC has been created with the service category questions, please consider information drafted into quantities, fields, and units as an educated guess at a minimum for the issuance of this Form 470 and RFP. All quantities are estimates as solutions proposed by vendors to meet the minimum specifications required may necessitate differing quantities. Voluntary Pre-Bid Meeting & Site Walk: Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 2pm EST Vendors shall meet: 48 Swan Way, Warminster, PA 18974 Vendor Questions/Request for Information are due: Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 2pm EST Vendor Questions/Request for Information shall be emailed to: watkfr@centennialsd.org and jolsen@csmcentral.com. The District will not respond to phone calls/requests. Questions and Answers will be posted to this 470 on the EPC portal through an addendum. Deadline for Sealed Submission of Proposal: Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 1 pm EST Proposal packages submitted by bidders must include: 2025-26 Erate Internal Connections Equipment RFP/470260005531 Addressed To: Mrs. Donna Brassell Buyer/Finance Assistant, Centennial School District Business Office, 48 Swan Way, Warminster, PA 18974-5455 Please note that while the District is seeking a one-time capital investment in infrastructure, if a service provider's solution contains some elements of the service types "Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections" (BMIC) and/or "Managed Internal Broadband Services" (MIBS) as defined by the manufacturer and the 2025 Eligible Services list, the District will evaluate these proposals as long as they meet the RFP requirements. The District is not soliciting separate bids for BMIC or MIBS as stand-alone solutions.
