Category 2 (internal connections): The District is seeking proposals for: Network Drops and Rewiring Please refer to RFP: "Haverford High School Network Rewiring 2026" for complete details, specifications, and bidding instructions. Due to the way EPC has been created with the service category questions, please consider information drafted into quantities, fields, and units as an educated guess at a minimum for the issuance of this Form 470 and RFP. All quantities are estimates as solutions proposed by vendors to meet the minimum specifications required may necessitate differing quantities. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting & Site Walk: Monday, December 8th at 9:00 A.M Vendors shall meet: Haverford High School, 200 Mill Road, Havertown, PA Vendor Questions/Request for Information are due: Wednesday, December 10th, 2025 at 12pm Vendor Questions/Request for Information shall be e-mailed to: SDHTerate@haverfordsd.net and jolsen@csmcentral.com. The District will not respond to phone calls/requests. Questions and Answers will be posted on the district's website and the EPC portal through an addendum. Deadline for Sealed Submission of Proposal: January 7, 2026 at 10:30 A.M. Proposal packages submitted by bidders must include: HaverfordHS 2026 Rewiring Addressed To: The School District of Haverford Township Attn: Robert Anderson, Director of Technology 50 E Eagle Rd Havertown, PA 19083 Please note that while the District is seeking a one-time capital investment in infrastructure, if a service provider's solution contains some elements of the service types "Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections" (BMIC) and/or "Managed Internal Broadband Services" (MIBS) as defined by the manufacturer and the 2025 Eligible Services list, the District will evaluate these proposals as long as they meet the RFP requirements. The District is not soliciting separate bids for BMIC or MIBS as stand-alone solutions.
